Personal journey and testimony of my 2008 quest of getting healthy and losing 100 lbs. I started at 280 lbs. and with God’s help, better eating habits and lots of exercise, I am now at a helathy 180 lbs. and no longer require any of my blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol medications. I ran my first 10K in May 2009.
