We have two kinds of cholesterol in blood .
1. Bad one which is called LDL and the higher the rate the more consequences you should expect.
2.Good one which is called HDL , its a protective factor against heart disease and so its better to be higher.

So I think your HDL is low

No, sweating is one of the signs of diabetes or thyroid problems (hypothyroidism). Actually, cholesterol (both high and low) and diabetes in their early stages do not have symptoms. If one is not doing a regular check-up, the only way of diagnosing them is when the complications are set.

Our body produces cholesterol for our needs and only a little amount is taking from food. But, if one has low cholesterol, that means he got some problems in his/her body which impairs the cholesterol balance:

- thyroid problems (its hormones influence cholesterol balance)
- liver diseases (liver is the main organ which synthesize cholesterol)
- problems when absorbing foods from intestines (food-cholesterol cannot be taken)
- bad-management of lowering cholesterol drugs intake
etc.

Both high cholesterol or low cholesterol have no outward symptoms. Having low cholesterol is not a bad thing, it is very good! Cholesterol levels can only be determined by a blood test.

Best place to check is http://www.echolesterol.net It has all the information that you'll need to know about cholesterol, how to maintain cholesterol level in a healthy interval, how to lower cholesterol naturally and with supplement... A lot of other stuff about cholesterol, I can say that's a full cholesterol guide.

Try to lower your cholesterol the natural way, it always better than using medicine and man made products.

Eat healthy food and do some physical exercises.

I hope that can help a bit.

According to the American Heart Association, you want less than 300mg of cholesterol a day..
So depending on how many meals you have - anywhere from 50 to 60mg a meal.
