@freefalln329 well if you have been on vytorin or zetia you can be a part of a class action lawsuit. the deadline to have your paperwork filed was 4/1/10, but, they say go file anyway. I think the judge decides if your claim is accepted or not. i don’t think the courts are too happy w/ merck because they waited until major shareholders divested a lot of stock before making the findings of the study that it does nothing public.
