    eat less exerice more is a Disaster advice!!!!!!!! Its The Cause Of The Obesity Problem Not The Solution!! Saturated Fats R Not Bad For Us!! Sugar Is! Flour Is! Low fat Diet Is A Big Lie Advice!! Saturated Fat is in Coconuts Nuts Seeds Avocados Cacao Beans and Oil And Even Virgin Olive Oil!! There Is More sat fat in 100gr of olive oil then 100gr of meat! Read Lables!!
